Organic Cats Claw Tincture (2oz.)

Cat's claw (Uncaria tomentosa) is a woody vine native to the Amazon and Central American rainforests. Cat’s claw bark and root, often made into a tea, have been used for centuries by South Americans as a remedy for a wide range of ailments, including stomach ulcers and fevers.
Several identified properties of cat's claw make it attractive to medical researchers. It has been shown to have immune-modulating, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory effects and research is currently looking into its potential use for several concerns, including some types of arthritis, Lyme disease, and cancer.
***Drug Interactions: 
Cat's claw is known to interact with many pharmaceutical drugs, including:
Allergy medications such as Allegra (fexofenadine)
Anticoagulants (blood thinners)
Antifungals such as ketoconazole
Antiretrovirals used to treat HIV
Cancer drugs such as Taxol (paclitaxel)
Cholesterol medication such as lovastatin
Diuretics (water pills)
Our tinctures are alcohol based, we use all organic herbs, & always double brewed in our tincture machine.  Suggested use:  20 drops in 2oz. of water 2-3 times per day.
