Suggested Use: 
Week 1 - Take 3 capsules, 1x daily before dinner 
Week 2 - Take 4 capsules, 2x daily before lunch & dinner 
Weeks 3 through 5 - Take 4 capsules, 3x daily before breakfast, lunch, & dinner 
Week 6 - Take 4 capsules, 1x daily before dinner
**This will leave you with left over capsules to use for part of the following week, or to save for when you do a parasite cleanse.  
If you eat two to three good meals per day, then ideally, you should be having two to three bowel movements throughout the day.  That’s the goal.
