Parasites feed off of certain foods, be sure to eliminate those foods as much as possible during your cleanse.  If not, your fight with parasites will be a never ending battle.  Starving them of things that they thrive on, like refined sugars & processed foods, is a crucial part of the process.  Cleanses are best done in cycles, we recommend three weeks on, one week off.  And it’s best to peak your dose of each cycle during the full moon if possible.  The reason for this is that parasites are most active during the full moon. 

Suggested use:  
First 2 days - 2 capsules daily 
Next 2 days - 3 capsules daily 
Next 17 days - 4 capsules daily
